Redfield City Council 

The Redfield City Council meets the 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month starting at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.   

Anyone wishing to be on the agenda should contact the Finance Office before the Friday prior to the meeting.

Mayor

City Council

Jayme was elected April 10th and took the oath of office at the May 7, 2012 City Council meeting.  Jayme's 4 year term expires May 2020.

Randy Maddox
Council Member Ward 1

City Council

Randy began serving on the Redfield City Council in May 2014, representing Ward 1. Randy represents the Council on the Hospital Board.  Randy's 4 year term expires May 2022.

Darrell Ronnfeldt
Council Member Ward 1

City Council

Darrell began serving on the Redfield City Council in 1983, representing Ward 1. He is the Council President and responsible for the Street Department, the Airport and assists with the Water and Sewer Departments.  Darrell's 4 year term expires May 2020.

Eileen Kearney
Council Member Ward 2

City Council

Eileen represented Ward 2 from May 1993 to May 1999 and returned July 2006 to serve once again. She is responsible for the Greenlawn Cemetery.  Eileen's 4 year term expires May 2022.

The Pheasant Capital of the World®

Redfield is the first recorded place in South Dakota to successfully introduce the Chinese Ringneck Pheasant. This lead to the first open season on October 30, 1919.  From Spink County, pheasant hunting grew throughout the state.  Hunters still flock to Redfield to bag their limit.
