NOTICE - PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

In accordance with Municipal Code chapters 8.04 through 8.32, Notice is hereby given that inspections will be conducted concerning abandoned or unlicensed vehicles, machines, nuisances, and various personal property.

All inappropriate items are to be removed to an appropriate place of disposal.  Failure to do so will result in the service of a Notice to Abate.

“In the event the nuisance is not abated within five (5) days after service upon the owner, the City of Redfield will cause said property to be cleaned or removed and the expenses incurred may be assessed by special assessment against said property.  Be advised that Court action will be taken, if this nuisance is not abated.  Failure to admit entry after Notice is a misdemeanor.”
